Sales Manager

  • 1+ years of experience as Sales Manager/Affiliate manager
  • Advanced level of English and Russian
  • A clear understanding of CPA, CPM, revenue share, and similar monetization models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Engaging with advertisers on all sales stages
Will be a plus:
  • Experience in affiliate/digital marketing
  • Knowledge of online marketing and its main traffic sources
  • Experience in gambling/betting business niches
  • Ability to create, analyze reports and sales data
  • Creation and management of sales forms
  • Build strong and long-lasting business relationships with advertisers
  • Reporting
  • Ability to coach and motivate the new team members in the future
